By accessing the Nopi website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
By registering for, using or accessing the Nopi service, browser extension, or web dashboard ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Nopi provides a visual feedback and issue tracking tool for web developers, designers, and teams. The Service includes our website at nopi.me, the Nopi browser extension, the feedback proxy, and related applications.
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Nopi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
If you upload, capture, or share personal data of third parties through the Service, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate legal basis, providing required notices, and honoring applicable rights requests under laws that apply to your organization.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process personal data as needed to provide and secure the Service, including through approved subprocessors and infrastructure providers.
For customers acting as controllers or businesses under applicable privacy laws, Nopi acts as a processor or service provider for customer content, except where Nopi processes data as an independent controller for its own legitimate business purposes (for example billing, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance).

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload, post, or otherwise submit to Nopi. Nopi claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
Nopi and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and aggregated anonymized analytics derived from operation of the Service.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools (for example hosting, authentication, payments, and analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Nopi is not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nopi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nopi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nopi's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Nopi for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), if you have not paid fees.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, pose a security risk, or must comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Where Nopi acts as a processor or service provider for customer data, Nopi will provide incident communications consistent with applicable law and contractual commitments, including material facts known at the time and reasonable remediation updates.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
If a specific provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to reflect its intent as closely as permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable (for example via email or an in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
